Mary Anne has been in the property management field for approximately 34 years in Phoenix. She has been employed by Transwestern since 2004 and is currently the General Manager for the Freeport-McMoRan Center in downtown Phoenix. This project is a 800,000 square foot high rise office, hotel, and parking garage and, is the first of its kind in downtown Phoenix. As well, she oversees an additional 500,000 square feet of suburban office parks. Prior to Transwestern, Mary Anne was with Cushman & Wakefield and Trammell Crow Company starting out as Senior Property Manager/Phoenix and rounding out as Director of Facility Services/USA & Canada while servicing the American Express Facilities Real Estate account from 1996 through early 2002. A BOMA member since 1995, Mary Anne received her RPAÂ® from BOMA in 1989. She has served on the Board of Directors in one way or another since 2005. She was elected and served as the President of the organization in 2007. Following that, she was Governor in 2008 was re-elected as President in 2010. In 2011, she serves as Governor, Past President. Nationally, Mary Anne has served as a committee member on the Awards Committee, the State Governmental Affairs Committee and the International Government Affairs Committee. Locally, she has served on the Membership, TOBY, Special Events, Golf, Associates and Governmental Affairs Committees.
