Managing the Organization (SMA)

This course is a requirement for the SMA designation.

This class will begin on February 1st, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., each Wednesday evening through May 9th. The instructor for this class is Dan Skiles, SMA, CEM.

ADA 2010 - What a Real Estate Manager Needs to Know

This seminar will cover the changes in ADA 2010 that may affect you and your building, based on BOMA International's Guide to the 2010 ADA Standards

Refreshments will be served, and you may park in the building parking garage in any visitor (unreserved) space. We will validate your parking ticket at the beginning of class..

Instructor: Clifton L. Jones, CDF, RPA, FMA, SMA, CAM

Cost: $300 per student. You may pay by credit card online, or print an invoice. All class fees are due by the beginning of the class.

The Design, Operation and Maintenance of Building Systems I (RPA & FMA)

This course is a requirement for both the RPA and FMA designations. Please see detailed class information from BOMI at this link: The Design, Operation, and Maintenance of Building Systems, Part I . ACE credit recommendation: 2 semester hours in lower division baccalaureate/associate degree category. This class will not be eligible for Arizona Department of Real Estate credit.

This class will begin on Wednesday, February 8th, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and continue through Thursday and Friday on the same schedule. The class will finish up Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00p.m. The test will not be at the end of the class period on Saturday as it has in the past. All testing for BOMI classes is now computer based, and you have 6 months from the first day of class to complete your test. Your test fee is included in the class registration fee.

The instructor for this class will be Clifton L. Jones, BA, CDF, RPA, FMA, SMA, Educational Consultant Servfces
