The Association attempts to maintain a balanced ratio of Principal members, consisting of Property Managers, Owners, Developing Professionals, Building Engineers and Professional Members (architects, attorneys, etc.)to Allied Partner members such as vendors, contractors, suppliers, etc. Membership approval for Allied Partner members may be delayed if the preferred ratio is not being met. Allied Partner members may bypass the ‘waiting list’ by joining with a Property Manager, Developing Professional, Building Engineer or Building Owner.

If they join, you can too.
