BOMA Greater Phoenix is presenting a workshop for property and facility managers who are interested in demonstrating their building’s operations and management best practices during 2017 TOBY competition.

The TOBY Workshop will be held March 2nd from 11:00am -1:00pm at Anchor Centre Tenant Lounge.


The 2017 local TOBY Awards focus on best practices in the operations and management of buildings. Entering only requires the participant to complete an entry form. While there will still be a building inspection tour, it will only require that the building entered meet BOMA International’s Award Program Entry Requirements in order to pass. Past TOBY Award winners will be in attendance to answer questions and the TOBY committee will review some of the requirements and inspection forms.
