Professional Bio

Emily Mehta currently works with Shorenstein Realty Services as Property Manager of two office buildings totaling just under 500,000 sq. ft. in Tempe, Arizona. She is assisting ownership with the repositioning of the campus and recently oversaw an $11 million renovation project.
Previously, she served as General Manager for a portfolio of prestigious high-rise office buildings in downtown San Francisco for Rockhill Management. Emily partnered with the leasing team to maximize revenue potential and enhance and reposition the assets in the marketplace. She also assisted her ownership team with acquisitions and dispositions, including completing due diligence, capital planning, and staff transition.
Emily has over 25 years of experience managing commercial, retail, and residential real estate assets in three world-class markets: Washington DC, San Francisco, and Tempe, Arizona. She holds several designations, including Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Management Institute, Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) from the Building Owners and Management Institute, and LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
She has served on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco and Washington, DC chapters of The Institute of Real Estate Management. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and co-chairs the Programs Committee for BOMA Greater Phoenix and chairs the Social Committee for IREM Greater Phoenix.
