The Fall Gala Committee meets the 4th Wednesday of each month!
This committee plans and executes our formal annual awards ceremony/dinner show. Each year we trade off presenting our Membership Awards with presenting BOMA's TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards.
November 2026 is our Membership Awards. We will be presenting ten awards to ten members who have gone above and beyond, in categories such as Property Manager of the Year, Allied Partner of the Year, Helping Hands Award, etc.
November 2027 is our TOBY Awards. The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award is one of the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of its kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.
During the competitions, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and "green" policies and procedures.
