Programs & Events

Mission statement: One of BOMA’s core values is education. This is one of the biggest reasons people and companies invest into a membership with BOMA. The speaker’s committee is tasked with finding relevant, vetted, interesting, entertaining, educational speakers and topics to present at the BOMA luncheons. The committee is also tasked in finding these speakers and topics on a non-profit budget. This takes relationships, connections, and sometimes “bartering” to entice the speaker to come and present to the BOMA audience. The BOMA luncheons are hosted every other month and usually draws in about 100 attendees and provides the membership with a broad range of topical and entertaining luncheon programs and educational seminars.

Involvement in a BOMA Greater Phoenix committee is a benefit of membership, so only current members are permitted to sign up for committee service.
