BOMA Greater Phoenix Opens Applications for 2027 Board of Directors

PHOENIX, AZ — September 4, 2026 — BOMA Greater Phoenix is now accepting applications from members interested in serving on the 2027 BOMA Greater Phoenix Board of Directors.

Serving on the Board of Directors is an opportunity to take a leadership role within the Association while contributing to the continued growth and success of the commercial real estate industry in Greater Phoenix. Board service provides members with an opportunity for professional growth, leadership development, strategic involvement, and meaningful engagement with fellow industry professionals.

Leadership With Purpose

The BOMA Greater Phoenix Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the Association and has the authority and responsibility to establish policies and provide oversight for the organization.

The Board is responsible for helping ensure that BOMA Greater Phoenix fulfills its obligations to its membership and the commercial real estate industry and reaches its full potential. Responsibilities include:

• Establishing policies and regulations governing the operation of the Association

• Providing oversight of the Association’s financial health

• Monitoring programs, initiatives, and overall organizational performance

• Supporting the Association’s strategic direction and long-term goals

• Providing the chief staff executive with the resources necessary to meet the needs of the membership and industry

• Representing the interests and values of BOMA Greater Phoenix

Board members are expected to bring their professional experience, knowledge, perspective, and commitment to the Association while working collaboratively with fellow Board members and staff.
