CASA Recognized as Regional Winner in 2026 PSW TOBY Awards Competition

Phoenix, AZ — April 2026 — The Pacific Southwest (PSW) region of BOMA has announced the winners of the 2026 TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards competition, recognizing excellence in commercial real estate management, operations, sustainability, and tenant experience across the region.

Among this year’s standout winners is CASA – 7878 N. 16th St., managed by CBRE and representing BOMA Greater Phoenix, which earned top honors in the Earth Category. The award recognizes buildings that demonstrate exceptional commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.

CASA’s recognition highlights the continued leadership of the Greater Phoenix commercial real estate community in advancing innovative and sustainable building practices. The property will now advance to the International TOBY Awards competition alongside 12 other PSW regional winners.

A total of 22 properties competed across 13 categories throughout the Pacific Southwest region. Winners will be formally recognized at the BOMA PSW + PNW Joint Conference in San Diego on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
