2026 PSW TOBY Awards Winners Announced; Top Properties Advance to International Competition

Phoenix, AZ — April 2026 — The Pacific Southwest (PSW) region of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) is proud to announce the winners of the 2026 TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards competition. A total of 22 properties competed across 13 categories, with 13 winners advancing to the prestigious International TOBY Awards competition.

The winners will be formally recognized at the BOMA PSW + PNW Joint Conference, taking place in San Diego on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Registration for the conference closes on Wednesday, April 15 at 4:00 PM PST.

The TOBY Awards represent the commercial real estate industry’s highest honor, recognizing excellence in building management, operations, and sustainability.

A standout from the BOMA Greater Phoenix region is Camelback Center, managed by Bridge Commercial Real Estate, which earned top honors in the 100,000 – 249,999 square feet category.
