BOMA Greater Phoenix Hosts Successful 2026 Golf Tournament
Premier Commercial Real Estate Event Brings Industry Leaders Together for Networking and Community Impact
Phoenix, AZ — March 27, 2026 — BOMA Greater Phoenix successfully hosted its 2026 The BOMA Open Golf Tournament, bringing together more than 350 commercial real estate professionals, industry partners, and community leaders for a day of connection, competition, and collaboration.
Held at one of the Valley’s premier golf destinations, the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, the annual tournament once again served as a signature event for the organization—offering valuable networking opportunities while supporting the advancement of the commercial real estate industry across the region.
Participants enjoyed a full day of golf, on-course contests, sponsor activations, and a post-tournament awards reception. The event attracted property managers, building owners, service providers, and key decision-makers from across the Greater Phoenix market.
Tournament Results
- First place was awarded to the team from AAA Roofing: Tyler Vaske, Randy Barker, Jimmy Apodaca, and Renee Olson.

Tied for second place were the teams from Rose Paving—Clinton Von Tobel, Seth Poling, Ryan Hatzenbiler, and Anthony Cocomello—and Intelligrated Communications—Mat Amerman, Brian Campbell, Jimmy Widney, and Rick Armstrong.

Third place was awarded to the team from ACE Building Maintenance: Joe Avila, Neo Nesengani, Chad Blegan, and Jason Janda.

“This tournament was more than just a day on the course—it was an opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate our industry, and bring our community together,” said Michael Scott, Co-Chair of the BOMA Open Golf Tournament. “We are proud to have delivered another exceptional experience in 2026,” remarked Co-Chair, Carrie Scott.

Proceeds from the tournament supported BOMA Greater Phoenix’s mission to advance commercial real estate through education, advocacy, and professional development. As part of the organization’s annual charitable giving, a $10,000 donation was presented to St. Vincent de Paul.
